At Schematics, we utilize a print-on-demand model to ensure every piece meets our quality standards. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order makes its way to you.
1. Order Processing & Production
Because your items are custom-printed, we require up to 2 business days for printing and quality checks following payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may slightly increase during high-volume periods or for complex custom designs.
2. Shipping Destinations & Logistics
Domestic: We provide comprehensive shipping coverage across India.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with premium courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. Once dispatched, the following timelines generally apply:
India: 3 to 5 business days.
Note: These timelines are estimates. While we aim for punctuality, factors like customs clearance, extreme weather, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.
4. Tracking & Communication
Transparency is key. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
5. Address Accuracy
To avoid delays or non-delivery, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Schematics cannot be held liable for lost packages or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen during transit. If your package is lost or the outer packaging arrives visibly damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will coordinate with our courier partners to ensure a suitable resolution is reached.
