Return Policy

At Schematics, we maintain a strict damage-only return policy. Returns are exclusively processed for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. We do not offer returns for change of mind or size preferences.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Report Window: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Request:

Damage Verification:

Despite our quality checks, products can occasionally be damaged during transit. To process your request, you must provide the following:

Photos: Clear images of the specific damage or misprint and the original packaging.

Please note: Return requests without clear photographic evidence will be declined.

Exchanges

Please note that Schematics does not offer exchanges of any kind. We recommend reviewing our size charts and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase, as we cannot swap items for different sizes, colors, or designs.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for verified damaged or defective items that meet the criteria outlined in our return policy.

The Process

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

Late Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please reach out to us immediately at contact@schematics.co.in.
