Damage-Only Policy: Returns are exclusively accepted for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.

No Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or size preferences.

Eligibility: Requests must be filed within 7 days of delivery with original tags and packaging intact.

Verification: Clear photos of the damage and packaging are mandatory; email contact@schematics.co.in to initiate.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
